My therapy office is mostly virtual at this time for your convenience. I like that we can use technology to make access to care easy. I have virtual therapy appointments available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays generally from 10am-7pm. I like to offer evening hours for those who need it.

When do you provide in-office therapy?

I provide in office therapy appointments on SATURDAYS only at my Glendale office. I think it is important to be able to provide therapy for those folks who appreciate therapy in person. My Saturday office hours are generally 10am-6pm.

I comply with the No Surprise Act and provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). As I focus on a partnerships with my clients in the therapy process, Switchback Therapy has continuously promoted an understanding of service agreements with disclosures of cost. Under the 2022 law, this specific GFE form is now part of the informed consents package sent with request to sign and complete intake documentation prior to beginning services.

What is your logo about?

My brilliant artist friend Sandra Bosscher of Contagious Designs created my logo and website. The Switchback Therapy logo is a topography view of the brain with a winding pathway running through it. Sandra definitely connected the concepts of neuroscience, therapy, adventure, healing, and navigating the switchbacks of life together through the logo and this website. Thank you Sandra for your added creativity and vision!
